  • Hello Phil, I am not sure if my meeting will be over in time for me to call
    today, so I thought I'd let you know via email what I wanted to say. I
    have had knee problems all of my life. I was restricted from taking phys
    ed my senior year of high school, had numerous surgeries, etc. I have
    had two children, and stayed at home with them for 2 years. Now I'm back
    at work, and the weight I gained at home didn't help. I have searched

    "This is a great video and a great workout. I normally drop workout programs
    after the first couple of times but I have been doing Cardio Kung Fu
    for almost two months and don't intend to stop. I have already started
    feeling my arms and legs toning up and my endurance is greatly improving.
    The video is a lot of fun and with the instructional section it is really
    easy to follow. I also like the length of the workout. My whole body feels
    completely worked out and I like the time dedicated to my abs and thighs.

    "This is a great workout with a gift- it is KIND to your knees and other joints.
    I got the dual benefit of a cardio workout AND firming/toning workout

    "This is a great video that really gets you moving. I had the privilage of actually
    doing a class taught by Liz Weaver in her Valley Springs, CA Studio, and it was
    AWESOME. The Shou Shu style is apparent in the workout but it is surprisingly
    joint friendly. I was very impressed with the class which is why I purchased
    the video. It is a full body low-impact workout that also tones and firms.
    It is a must have."
